Underworld is a British electronic group formed in 1987, built around the long-running partnership of Karl Hyde and Rick Smith. They are associated with progressive house and techno, and reached a wide audience with the track 'Born Slippy .NUXX,' which featured in the 1996 film Trainspotting.
