Bachata Sensual Festival Chicago is the Windy City edition of the Bachata Sensual America series, a multi-day social-dance congress held at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont, IL. The 2026 program (billed as the third edition) centers on workshops and small-group master camps led by the creators of the Bachata Sensual style and other international instructors, alongside DJ-driven late-night social dancing, performances and themed parties. It is an indoor, hotel-based dance event aimed at dancers of all levels rather than a music-lineup festival

From O'Hare, the CTA Blue Line 'L' runs 24/7 from the in-airport ORD station; the Rosemont station is one stop east and is the transit hub for the Rosemont entertainment/hotel district around the venue. Attendees flying into Chicago Midway (MDW) instead can take the CTA Orange Line into the Loop and transfer to the Blue Line toward O'Hare/Rosemont. The venue's own free ORD shuttle is simpler for most arrivals, but transit is the budget option and useful for anyone staying elsewhere in Chicago

The festival is held inside the Hyatt Regency O'Hare, and the hotel runs a free continuous shuttle to and from O'Hare International Airport (ORD), which is only a couple of miles away. Pickups run every 15 minutes from 4am to midnight and every 30 minutes from midnight to 4am. For Terminals 1-3 catch it from the Arrivals level of Terminal 2 (Door 2A); for Terminal 5 / international arrivals it picks up outside Door 5E. This is the easiest way in for flying attendees you land at ORD and ride straight to the venue for free

Rideshare and taxi pickup at ORD is at designated curbside zones per terminal. Given the venue is only a couple of miles from the airport, a taxi or rideshare to the hotel is a short, low-cost trip and a convenient alternative to the free shuttle when arriving late or with heavy luggage
