From the Duluth office or a downtown hotel, Bayfront is a short rideshare/taxi hop. The festival's tourist-info page names Groome as the round-trip shuttle option from Minneapolis

Uber and Lyft operate in Duluth with a designated rideshare pickup area outside baggage claim at DLH; the same firms and metered local taxis also queue there. Given the airport is only ~10 minutes / ~8 road miles from the Bayfront/downtown waterfront, a rideshare or cab straight to the park is the fastest door-to-door option and avoids the transit transfer

On site parking available. Cost Onsite Bayfront lots are $15, first-come/first-served, opening at 2pm on event day. When the main lot fills, overflow is directed to the DECC (Duluth Entertainment Convention Center) lot across the street and Lot D, each $10. A passenger drop-off point is on 5th Ave W. No prepay/reservation platform is used for day parking it is pay-at-the-lot. Separately, the festival's tourist-info page states that RV parking and single-vehicle parking (daily AND overnight) can be arranged through the Bayfront Festival Park website (bayfrontfestivalpark.com) that overnight-RV allowance is a venue parking product, not attendee tent camping.
