What happened to Bayou Country Superfest?
Organizers announced the festival would be "on hiatus until further notice" in January 2020, following a decline in attendance from a peak of 135,000 in 2014 to about 50,000 in 2019.

By car
Most people drive to Bayou Country Superfest. The nearest major airport is BTR, and from there it is a straightforward drive to the venue. Check current road and traffic conditions before you set off, and see parking below.
By train
No direct passenger rail to the venue was found. Drive, fly in, or use a shuttle instead.
By bus & public transit
Both carriers run scheduled intercity coach service into a shared downtown Baton Rouge station (12 blocks from downtown proper, itself connected onward by local CATS bus), linking Baton Rouge to New Orleans, Houston and other regional cities. This is a downtown-city bus station, not an airport stop riders from BTR would still need a rideshare/CATS leg to reach it

LSU's own athletics department ran the last confirmed edition's (2019) parking directly: first-come-first-served, cash-only lots Lot O ($20, Nicholson Dr & W Chimes St), Lot K ($20, Skip Bertman Dr near Nicholson), Alex Box West Lot ($10, Gourrier Ln), Alex Box East Lot ($15, Gourrier Ln). Lots opened 8am on event days; no overnight parking allowed; advance parking sold out ahead of the event. ADA shuttle ran from Lot K to the stadium for accessible-parking holders. This is 2019-specific pricing/lot-naming from LSU's own site and should be re-confirmed if/when a future edition is scheduled, since LSU's campus lot numbering and pricing can shift year to year
