There is NO taxi stand at the airport, the airport's own ground-transportation page says taxi/limo providers are not located on-site and rides should be scheduled ahead of time

The back lot of the Delta Hotels by Marriott (Bristol VA) is the official park-and-ride for non-hotel guests; five shuttle routes run all weekend every ~30 min, VA routes dropping at the Birthplace of Country Music Museum and TN routes at the Downtown Center behind the Country Music Mural Stage

There is a dedicated ADA Information page, hosted on the Birthplace of Country Music site rather than the bristolrhythm.com address held in this record, which blocked fetching. Accessible parking is free at Regions Bank on the corner of Volunteer Parkway and Shelby Street on the Tennessee side, entered from Shelby Street; state issued auto identification is verified on arrival, spaces are limited and first come first served, and donations to the Disabled American Veterans are appreciated.

Shuttles run from that lot to the festival gates, and an ADA golf cart shuttle can be called on (423) 972-2250, running between the ADA parking lot and ticket booths and entry and exit points; golf carts cannot drive to most points inside the festival footprint.
All entrance points are wheelchair accessible, and scooters, wheelchairs and power chairs are permitted for people with mobility disabilities. Accessible Port-O-Lets are at every portable restroom location marked on the festival map, and the indoor venues also have accessible restrooms.
Several accessible ATMs are in the footprint. Service animals are welcome; pets and emotional support animals are not. This is a downtown multi-venue festival, so indoor venue access matters as much as the street stages. Nothing is published about ground surface, viewing platforms or companion tickets.
