The Carroll County Celtic Festival is a two-day celebration of Celtic life at the Carroll County Agriculture Center in Westminster, Maryland, blending a Scottish Highland Games with a broad Celtic and Irish program. Highland athletes throw heavy events and Stones of Strength while clan tents, sheep herding, falconry, highland cows, whisky tastings, a Gaelic Language Village, and Scottish and Irish dancers fill the indoor halls and tented grounds
