What's special
The Lavonia Renaissance Festival is a one-day, family-friendly Renaissance faire held on a grassy lawn in the Northeast Georgia town of Lavonia, near Lake Hartwell, on the first Saturday in May. Organized by the town's downtown development authority, the 2026 edition returned to a classic ren-faire format built around a curated marketplace of artisans and handcrafted goods, with live stage performances and interactive experiences designed as an immersive celebration of craftsmanship and the Renaissance.
