What the Plan Your Visit section does give: the festival is at Nelson Park in downtown Sioux Falls, chairs and blankets are welcome in designated viewing areas with blankets placed from 11 a.m., there are grass areas (tarps are not allowed on them), and free parking with a shuttle service runs from Lincoln High School from 11:15 AM.
