Milwaukee Irish Fest is billed as the world's largest Irish music festival, produced since 1981 by the nonprofit CelticMKE and held each August along the shores of Lake Michigan at Henry Maier Festival Park. Across four days it fills 17 stages with more than 100 Irish and Celtic music, dance and cultural performances, plus a Celtic Canine area, a Milwaukee Hurling Club tent, cultural lectures, a Sunday Mass and family activities.
