Seattle Center operates the 5th Ave N Garage (entrances on Republic and Harrison streets, EV stations) and the Mercer St Garage (between Mercer and Roy streets, entrances on 3rd/4th Aves N), both ADA accessible. Multi-hour rates run $15 (self-service, non-event daytime) up to $30 during peak/event periods. Folklife's own FAQ warns lots fill by midday and rates run high, and directs disabled-parking questions to Seattle Center Transportation Services (206-684-7340).
