On site parking available. Cost Observatory Park Lot (south end of 'A' Ave) is free public parking with marked, lit paths. Campground North Lot is restricted to ADA/seniors/VIP/premium campers, no public parking. Campground South Lot is for registered campers only, $20 fee, vehicle must remain parked for the full festival (no in-and-out once the event begins). General day-visitor parking is free (Observatory Lot); the $20 fee applies only to campers using the South Lot for their vehicle. Speed limit 10 MPH throughout the park; improperly parked vehicles will be towed per the official rules
