Cost Parking itself is free; the official park-and-ride shuttle from the remote lots costs $5 per rider (or $20 for families of 5 or more), paid at the lot. Shuttles run Friday and Saturday 11am-10pm and Sunday 12-5pm, and do NOT run during the Friday parade (approx 7pm-8:30pm). Street parking near the footprint fills early; the free remote lots plus the $5 shuttle are the festival's own recommended overflow solution
