Rocky Mountain Rendezvous is a four-day contra dance weekend held each Labor Day weekend at the Avalon Ballroom in Boulder, Colorado, organized by the non-profit Colorado Friends of Old Time Music and Dance (CFOOTMAD). It pairs live old-time and contra bands with callers for social dancing and draws dancers from across the region, with a welcoming, all-experience-levels community spirit
