What's special

Saguaro Man is the Arizona regional Burning Man event, a multi-day desert campout and collaborative celebration of large-scale art, music, performance and interactive participation held on a playa near Willcox. Organizers describe it as a temporary community with no main stage and no audience: participants bring everything they need and, in return, share art installations, theme camps offering live music, DJ sets, workshops and dance floors, mutant vehicles (art cars) and a central gathering hub at Center Camp. It is explicitly not a marketplace -- there are no vendors and money has no use inside the event -- and there is no published headline lineup; the programming is created by the attendees themselves

At this burn specifically

Saguaro Man is a multi-day desert campout on a playa (dry lakebed) just south of Willcox, Arizona, and camping is the event itself.
Organizers state that everyone who attends is responsible for their own basic needs -- food, water, shelter and supplies -- and that there are no vendors, sponsors or paid experiences once on site;
money has no use inside the event.
Leave No Trace is a core principle: participants are expected to clean up everything they bring in.
Attendees are advised to bring their own water (a bulk water fill station operates in Willcox for a small per-transaction fee) and to consider extra bedding such as a cot or foam padding for the hard desert ground.
There is no re-entry during the event -- participants are asked to enter and stay.

Leave no trace. Everything you bring in, you carry out, grey water and every stray sequin included. It is the rule the whole culture is built on.
