The experience
What's special
The 2027 edition runs Thursday July 22 through Sunday July 25 at the San Diego Convention Center, with an optional Wednesday Preview Night sold only alongside all four day badges. Adult single-day badges range from $67 to $88, with the four-day badge auto-converting at $331 once all four days are bought; Preview Night adds $67 on top. Junior, military and senior badges run at roughly half the adult day price, and children 12 and under attend free with a paying adult. A $15 per-member handling fee applies to every purchase, and a separate $1,900 Comic-Con Museum Legend membership bundles a badge as a premium add-on. Badges sell through a randomized virtual waiting room rather than first-come, first-served, and the organizer has capped attendance against the Convention Center's limited space. The show includes an Artist Alley inside the Exhibit Hall and the Masquerade, a costume competition run since 1974 with daily prop inspection. Accessible seating, ASL interpreters, wheelchair and scooter rental, and quiet zones are available through a Deaf and Disabled Services desk
