The Scotland Connecticut Highland Games is a one-day Scottish festival and Highland games, now in its 46th year and newly relocated to the Brooklyn, CT Fairgrounds after more than four decades at the Waldo Home Grounds in Scotland, Connecticut. The games feature Highland heavy athletics, pipe band and drum competitions, Highland dance, a Clan Village, harp and fiddle competitions, animals of Scotland, Scottish food and vendors, with attendees encouraged to wear a kilt
