This is a multi venue event: 7 venues spread through downtown Sisters, walkable rather than shuttle based, with much of it outdoors and some stages in parks or grassy areas so some travel is over natural terrain. The venue PDF gives surface by surface detail: Village Green stage sits on a manicured lawn under a tent, mostly level with potential for roots or other small obstacles, and has 6 ADA parking spots; Sisters Art Works is entered via a paved parking lot with the bar and token booth on flat gravel and 6 ADA parking spots; Oliver Lemons is entered from a paved street with a sidewalk ramp, stage on level pavement under carpet, standing venue with limited perimeter seating and 4 to 6 ADA spots; Sisters Depot is the hardest, entered down a paved alley across a small section of gravel onto a cobblestone patio with a narrow ramp down to the chair area, limited space to maneuver and narrow walkways; Sisters Saloon is entered by stairs or a ramp onto paved patio; The Belfry is indoors in a historic church with stairs or ramp access and balcony seating upstairs with no elevator, 4 ADA spots; The Open Door is entered from sidewalk onto flat pavers, 3 ADA spots.
Accessible bathrooms or portable toilets are available at all venues, and the PDF specifies standard and ADA porta potties per venue. Accessible parking is on city streets as marked plus additional signed accessible parking at each venue.
Accessibility Ambassador volunteers in blue vests assist, with blue accessibility entrance flags at Sisters Art Works and Village Green. The festival does not provide rental mobility devices, golf cart rides or push services.
Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and three or four wheeled scooters are permitted. Accessible seating and possible early access can be requested from any volunteer at a venue entrance.
