JHW (Jamestown's own airport) has had NO scheduled commercial passenger service since Essential Air Service funding ended in January 2018, it's general-aviation-only. The realistic fly-in airport is Buffalo Niagara International (BUF), ~75 miles / ~1.5hr north; standard app-based rideshare pickup at BUF's Lower Level Arrivals zone, with taxis also available. A direct BUF-to-Jamestown rideshare/rental drive is faster than the bus alternative below

No on site parking. Use nearby lots or transit. Cost Metered on-street parking: $0.50/hr Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, free evenings/weekends/holidays; a free 2-hour zone exists in part of the downtown business district. Cherry Street Garage (75 W 4th St) and Spring Street Garage (116 E 4th St) are the two recommended downtown parking ramps. Whirlybird is a free, multi-venue downtown street festival with no dedicated festival parking lot, attendees use the City of Jamestown's standard downtown public parking (on-street meters + the two named ramps). No official festival parking page or overflow/rideshare-only zone was found in an economy-sized (one-pass) sweep, consistent with a small free downtown fest where standard city parking is the whole answer
