From Center City, transfer to PATCO Speedline (stations at 8th & Market, 10th & Locust, 12th & Locust, 16th & Locust) to Broadway Station in Camden, which sits immediately adjacent to NJ Transit's RiverLINE Walter Rand stop for the final short hop to the Camden Waterfront or walk ~3 blocks from Broadway. This is the fully-transit door-to-near-door route from the airport

It states that Wiggins Park is accessible for individuals of all abilities and is equipped with ramps and accessible porta-potties, and that Accessible or ADA parking is available in the Waterfront Garage adjacent to the festival and in all parking lots on a first come, first served basis, with locations shown on the parking map.

The 2026 festival takes place solely at Wiggins Park, so there is no shuttle between sites. There are two entrances: the main gate on Riverside Drive, where Guest Services and pass pickup are, and a second gate a few yards from the RiverLink Ferry stop, and the ferry from Philadelphia drops passengers right at the festival entrance.
Ride sharing can be used but WXPN states there is no designated drop off area at Wiggins Park, which matters if you need a kerbside drop. Service animals are permitted; other animals are not. Note the seating rule: high profile chairs more than 9 inches off the ground or with a seat back more than 24 inches off the ground are prohibited.
