A little history

The Seattle Scottish Highland Games Association was formed in 1947 and has held its Games at several Pacific Northwest sites over the decades, including Bothell, Burien, Everett, Fort Lewis, Kirkland, Renton and the Seattle Center, before moving to the Enumclaw Expo Center, formerly the King County Fairgrounds.

Renamed from the Seattle Scottish Highland Games in 1980, the Games are the 6th oldest Scottish festival in the US and have run for more than 75 years, featuring the North American Scottish Athletics Championship, the US West Coast Drum Corps Championship, and individual piping, drumming and pipe band competitions.
