The Pacific Northwest Scottish Highland Games & Clan Gathering is one of the oldest Scottish festivals in the United States, held each July at the Enumclaw Expo Center southeast of Seattle. Billed as the sixth oldest Scottish festival in the country, the weekend features the North American Scottish Athletics Championship with its caber toss and stone put, the US West Coast Drum Corps Championship, pipe bands and Highland dancing, more than 25 clan tents along the Avenue of the Clans, Scottish food, Celtic music and Scottish-style ale pubs, and a free Friday evening kick-off
