Ben Quad is an American emo band from Oklahoma City, formed in 2018 to play Norman Music Festival after members connected through a Craigslist ad. Mixing emo, screamo, pop-punk, and math rock, they released their debut album I'm Scared That's All There Is in 2022 and their follow-up Wisher in 2025.
