Cure for Paranoia is an alternative hip-hop collective from Dallas, Texas, founded in 2015 by frontman Cameron McCloud. Blending rap, R&B, funk, soul, and jazz with live instrumentation, the group won the NPR Tiny Desk Contest in 2026.
