Bio

Black Uhuru is a Jamaican reggae group formed in the Waterhouse district of Kingston in 1972, with Derrick "Duckie" Simpson as its longtime mainstay. In 1985 the band won the first-ever Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album for its record Anthem.
