Cartel is an American pop-punk band formed in 2003 in Conyers, Georgia, fronted by vocalist/guitarist Will Pugh. Their 2005 debut album Chroma yielded the Gold-certified single "Honestly," and the group later appeared on MTV's Band in a Bubble in 2007.
