Furnace Fest is a heavy-music festival, hardcore, metalcore, punk and emo, staged at the Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark, a former ironworks in Birmingham, Alabama. Revived in 2021 after an early-2000s run, it became a landmark on the Southeastern hardcore calendar, its rusted industrial sheds forming a backdrop fans consider part of the experience. After the founding team stepped away, the festival changed hands and returns in 2026 as a two-day event under new ownership
