Bio
Jon Batiste is an American pianist, singer, and composer born in 1986 in Metairie, Louisiana, into a prominent New Orleans musical family, and trained at the Juilliard School. He led the band Stay Human on 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert' from 2015 to 2022 and has won multiple Grammy Awards along with an Academy Award for the score to Pixar's 'Soul.'
