Bio

Kesha (born Kesha Rose Sebert) is an American pop singer-songwriter, raised largely in Nashville, Tennessee, by songwriter mother Pebe Sebert. She broke through in 2009 with the global smash "Tik Tok" and the chart-topping debut album Animal, defining a brash, party-driven electropop sound. Later work such as the acclaimed 2017 album Rainbow broadened her range toward rootsier pop and themes of empowerment and independence
