Lil' Ed & The Blues Imperials are an American Chicago blues band fronted by slide guitarist and vocalist Ed Williams, who was born on Chicago's West Side in 1955 and learned from his uncle, bluesman J.B. Hutto. Recording for Alligator Records, the band won Blues Music Awards for Band of the Year in 2007 and 2009.
