Lil Uzi Vert, born Symere Bysil Woods on July 31, 1995 in Philadelphia, is an American rapper, singer and songwriter known for blending trap with a melodic, emo-influenced style. Their 2015 mixtape Luv Is Rage led to a deal with Atlantic Records via DJ Drama's Generation Now imprint, and the 2016 single "Money Longer" brought mainstream attention.
