Bio

Parangal Dance Company is a Filipino folkloric dance and music company based in San Francisco, California, founded in 2008 by Eric Espartinez Solano. Its name means "tribute" in Tagalog, and the nonprofit works to preserve and promote traditional Philippine attire, music, and dance through research, workshops, and performances that connect the Filipino diaspora to indigenous heritage.
