Bio

Staind is an American rock band formed in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1995, fronted by Aaron Lewis. Associated with the alternative metal and post-grunge movements, the band broke through with its 2001 album Break the Cycle, which was certified five times platinum in the US. That album's single "It's Been Awhile" became a top-five hit on the Billboard Hot 100.
