30A Songwriters Festival

The 30A Songwriters Festival fills more than 30 venues along Scenic Highway 30A on Florida's Gulf Coast with over 175 artists across the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend, January 15 to 18, 2027, its 18th year. Listening rooms in beach towns from WaterColor and Seaside to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach hold anywhere from 75 to 5,000 people, and six headline sets play the main stage at Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach, with a Friday afternoon headliner at the Seaside amphitheater. The 2027 headliners include Gillian Welch & David Rawlings, Dawes, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Booker T. Jones, Larkin Poe and Tommy Emmanuel. The festival began in 2010, is co-produced by Russell Carter Artist Management and the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, and all of its net proceeds go to the Alliance's arts programs.

A General Admission Weekend Pass is $440 at presale before fees, a VIP Weekend Pass $1,100 and a Premier VIP Weekend Pass $1,400. Every ticket has to be exchanged for a wristband at a festival box office before going to any venue, since tickets themselves are not accepted at the door. Chairs are provided in the listening rooms; at the Grand Boulevard main stage they are for VIP only, so general admission guests bring low-backed chairs or blankets. The schedule is usually published in the festival app and on the website in the week of the event.
