All Good Music Festival

All Good Music Festival was a multi-day jam-scene camping festival that ran, with a few venue changes and a one-year hiatus, from 1997 until organizers retired the format in 2016. Built around two adjacent stages programmed with no overlapping sets, its bills spanned jam, funk, bluegrass, reggae and electronic acts, and it settled into its final home at Berry Hill Farm on the Summit Point Motorsports Park grounds in West Virginia. In the jam-band touring scene it was known as much for a close-knit, campground-community atmosphere as for its lineups

Attendees consistently praise the genre-spanning, non-overlapping lineup that let fans catch nearly every band, and describe a warm, welcoming crowd where strangers readily helped each other out around the campsites. On-site food vendors, including a well-liked vegan tent, drew repeat visits, and a visible but low-key harm-reduction and security presence left people feeling looked after rather than hassled. The final held edition ran July 9-11, 2015 at Berry Hill Farm in Summit Point, WV after a one-year hiatus, drawing an estimated 12,000 attendees for headline sets from moe., Primus and Cake alongside STS9, Thievery Corporation, Dark Star Orchestra, Lotus and a deep bluegrass and funk undercard across two overlap-free stages. Attendees found the new, flatter grounds a welcome change from the festival's prior Ohio site and described the crowd as friendly and the security presence as safety-focused rather than heavy-handed, with a brief first-day rainstorm giving way to hot, sunburn-inducing weather. Long lines at gate entry and bag-search security were the main gripe. Organizers announced the following year that the multi-day campout format was ending in favor of a shorter event at a different venue
