The Cardinal (Chicago-New York, 3x/week) stops at Prince, WV, inside New River Gorge National Park, ~30 min from the New River Gorge Bridge and a realistic (if infrequent) car-free route for the non-CRW-flying traveler; Hills to Hills' own site names Thurmond's Amtrak stop among the points it serves onward to ACE-area lodging. On site parking available. Weekend-pass holders get a parking pass at check-in and park at their campsite (no separate prepay platform). Single-day ticket holders park at the bottom of the mountain and ride the free festival shuttle up; accessible parking is available near the Main Stage entrance (Lane E, VIP Camping area) with a handicap pass obtained on arrival

Included with all 3-Day GA/VIP passes; sites are 10' wide x 30' deep with room for two tents and a vehicle. Spots assigned first-come on arrival; a Quiet/Family Camping option exists in Upper Blackberry Campground on request
Two distinct paths, don't conflate: (1) ACE Adventure Resort's own separate RV campground offers full hookups (power/water/sewer) with limited availability, booked through the resort rather than the festival ticket flow. (2) The festival's own add-on 'RV Camping Pass' ($75, sold out for 2026) is explicitly primitive/no-hookups mountaintop RV parking, 20' wide x (RV length + 10'). Extends the live file's camping.types enum (currently only 'car','glamping') with this pricing/hookup detail rather than contradicting it, live file already notes an RV/primitive pass was offered and sold out
