The Arkansas Reggae Festival is a one-day, family-friendly Caribbean music and culture celebration held in late summer at Argenta Green Park in downtown North Little Rock. Organized by One Love Entertainment together with the Young Community Advocates of Baring Cross (YCABC), it pairs reggae and Caribbean-influenced live music with food trucks, arts-and-crafts vendors, and a kids' zone, and proceeds support YCABC's literacy, mentorship and entrepreneurship programs in the Baring Cross neighborhood. It bills itself as the state's premier Caribbean summer festival, drawing a mix of international headliners and regional and local reggae acts to a compact, walkable downtown park setting
