What it stands for
The organizer describes the festival as a growing network of teachers, united by the belief that wellness should be accessible to everyone regardless of language, culture or income level. It traces its start to a single yoga class taught in Spanish, and says its aim is to create a space where language is not a barrier and where people can connect with their body, their mind and their culture. Its stated purpose is to make wellness a right rather than a privilege. Those are the festival's own words for what it is doing
The experience
What's special
A one day festival of yoga taught primarily in Spanish, in a Westside Atlanta warehouse, now in its second year. The agenda runs from an 08:30 check in to a 17:00 close and is built as parallel tracks rather than one queue: an all level opening class, then three simultaneous late morning options including an intermediate and advanced vinyasa and a partner class, then four simultaneous afternoon options including a women only fluid movement class, a beginners alignment class with live mantras chanted in Sanskrit and Spanish, a moving meditation closing with a sound bath, and a men only power class. A 75 minute Mayan cacao ceremony with Maura Sacach of Maya Moon Cacao sits on its own ticket tier. Between the classes are a 30 minute break, a 90 minute lunch built around a market of Hispanic artisans and artists, and a second break, and the day ends with a closing class blending yoga and dance, a raffle, and an hour of Latin music with a DJ. Every class is co-taught by a pair. The event is for ages 16 and up
Last time around (2025)
The organizer says the 2025 inaugural edition sold out, which is why it does not sell tickets on the day. Natural Awakenings Atlanta covered that first edition. No independent attendee reviews have been published

The practice
all levels, beginners to advanced. The FAQ says no prior yoga experience is needed and the event is open to all levels from beginners to advanced, and that the programme spans beginner friendly classes, dynamic strong flows, deep stretch sessions and women only and men only classes. Every session on the agenda carries its own level label
Flowing sequences that link breath to movement. Expect to move and sweat.

Teachers & presenters
Fifteen teachers across eight sessions, every class co-taught by a pair. Full names come from the festival's own Teachers page, which lists fourteen: the agenda bills four of them by initial (Isabel A, Isabel C, David B, David M) and the Teachers page carries exactly two Isabels and two Davids whose surnames match those initials, which is how they are matched here. Melanie, who co-teaches Harmony For 2, is billed by first name only on the agenda and does not appear on the Teachers page, so no surname is recorded for her
Plus the rest of the 16+ teachers, practitioners and speakers across the weekend.
Hispanic artisan and wellness market
A market of local Hispanic artisans and artists runs alongside the breaks and the 90 minute lunch, together with community organizations, wellness resources, sponsor activities and special guests. No individual vendor is named and no stall fee or application route is published
