Uber and Lyft operate at ATL (dedicated rideshare pickup zone, $3.00 airport pickup surcharge) and will take a long-distance trip to Blue Ridge (~100 mi, ~1 h 45 min, 2 h). The serious caveat: Blue Ridge is a small mountain town (~1,500 residents) with very thin local driver supply, so hailing a ride BACK to the airport, or even around town during the festival, is unreliable; this is exactly why prearranged operators like A2B Transit and Mountain Transportation exist locally. Also checked the City of Blue Ridge pages for Downtown Park and Downtown Parking, which carry no accessibility detail either.
