Amtrak's Cardinal (New York-Washington-Cincinnati-Indianapolis-Chicago) stops at Indianapolis Union Station, 350 S Illinois St, downtown. Only three days a week and at awkward overnight hours (roughly a 12:15 AM westbound departure / ~11:49 PM eastbound arrival pattern), so it's realistic only for travelers already on the Cardinal corridor (e.g. Chicago or Cincinnati), not as an airport connection. Carson Transit Center downtown). From downtown, transfer to the Red Line bus-rapid-transit (Route 90) southbound, which has a dedicated 'Garfield Park' station on Shelby St, a short walk into the park to the MacAllister Amphitheater. The Red Line runs every 15-20 minutes, Saturdays 6 AM, 1 AM, so it covers this Saturday festival's full day. The venue's own concert-series promoter (MOKB Presents) explicitly recommends 'carpooling, taking the IndyGo Red Line, using rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft.' Note: IndyGo base fare rose to $2.75 on 1 Jan 2026, and the MyKey fare system is being replaced by MyKey+ from Sept 2026, check current payment options when traveling
