Accessibility & comfort

What the organiser or venue publishes about getting around, and what they do not.

Disability access

This event has no official festival website, so the only organiser controlled source is the venue, the Catalina Museum for Art & History at 217 Metropole Avenue, Avalon. The museum publishes no accessibility or ADA statement and says nothing about wheelchair access, accessible parking or accessible toilets.

Read the full notes

Its Getting Here page does say that service and emotional support animals are permitted, and it describes the museum as located just steps from the beach, one block up Metropole Avenue away from the ocean off Crescent Avenue.

Getting to the island is by ferry from San Pedro, Long Beach, Dana Point or Newport Beach, or by helicopter; on the island the museum points to taxi service on 310-510-0025 and to City of Avalon Seaside Transit (COAST), a point to point electric vehicle ride service run with Circuit Transit that can only be ordered through the Ride Circuit app and runs 7 A.M. to 9 P.M. daily.

Neither the museum nor the transit note says whether those vehicles are wheelchair accessible, which matters because the venue is only reachable by boat or air

The festival record has no official URL and no dedicated festival website could be found on 3 Sep 2026; the only ticketing route in the record is an Eventbrite listing, which is a ticket seller and not usable as a source. Checked the venue site catalinamuseum.org on 3 Sep 2026, including /visit, /tickets-hours, /getting-here, /groups, /contact-us and the site map, and its calendar, which does not list this event. There is no accessibility or ADA page, no wheelchair, accessible parking, accessible toilet, viewing, companion ticket, ASL or quiet space information, and no terrain description. For access questions the venue publishes general enquiries only, 310-510-2414 or [email protected], with Visitor Services on 310-510-2414; there is no access specific contact. Worth a second look once an official festival site or promoter contact appears

Confirm your specific needs with the organiser's access team before you travel.
