Pickup/dropoff is from two East Valley park-and-ride points Mesa (240 West Baseline Road, Walmart Super Center) and Apache Junction (185 West Apache Trail, Goodwill Store) NOT from an airport terminal. Fly-in attendees need a rideshare/taxi first leg from PHX (~20-30 min to the Mesa stop) or from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway (AZA), which is closer to both pickup points. Booking is by phone at 855-982-2555

Campsites include parking for one vehicle; one extra-vehicle pass per campsite was $80 in 2024 (Arizona Republic). Prepay via Front Gate Tickets (countrythunderarizona.frontgatetickets.com) advance purchase strongly encouraged by the festival but day-of purchase not formally banned; onsite options are limited and not guaranteed.
