Tucson's historic Amtrak station is at 400 N Toole Ave, about a half-mile (10-minute walk) from Jácome Plaza genuinely walkable to the festival. But service is only 3 days per week in each direction (Sunset Limited between Los Angeles and New Orleans, with Texas Eagle through-cars), so it only suits attendees coming from along that corridor with flexible dates

Intercity coaches (Greyhound and partner FlixBus) serve Tucson from Phoenix, El Paso, LA and beyond. The main Tucson Bus Station is at 801 E 12th St, about a mile southeast of Jácome Plaza (short rideshare or ~20-min walk); FlixBus also uses a downtown curbside stop. Useful budget option from Phoenix (~2h)
Book / info →Sun Tran Route 25 stops at Tucson International Airport and runs via the Laos Transit Center up Park Ave/Broadway into downtown Tucson (6th Ave & Pennington St stop, about a 2-block walk to Jácome Plaza). Weekday departures roughly every 30 min from early morning to evening, then hourly late; about 40 minutes airport-to-downtown. The entire Sun Tran / Sun Link system is currently FARE-FREE at the direction of Tucson's Mayor and Council, so there is no ticket to buy just board

Uber and Lyft both operate at Tucson International with a designated commercial/rideshare pickup zone outside baggage claim; airport taxis also queue on-site and typically quote flat rates downtown. Expect roughly $15-30 for a rideshare to Jácome Plaza depending on demand (UberX runs ~$1.06/mile locally with a ~$5.29 airport minimum), ~15-20 minutes door to door
