Electric Forest is a four-day electronic and jam-band camping festival held each June at the Double JJ Resort in Rothbury, Michigan, built around the illuminated Sherwood Forest -- a wooded grove threaded with light installations, hidden art and interactive surprises that comes alive after dark. Beyond a heavyweight EDM and improvisational-music lineup across multiple stages, the draw is the immersive, art-filled environment and a devoted returning community that calls itself the "Forest Fam." Camping options range from general admission to VIP "Good Life," plus women's, sober, RV and shaded-camping villages

No direct passenger rail to the venue was found. Drive, fly in, or use a shuttle instead.
By bus & public transit
Genuine official round-trip charter shuttle passes direct to the festival grounds from Grand Rapids, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Chicago, Columbus, and New York City complimentary Early Arrival is included for all shuttle riders. Separately, charter buses also connect from O'Hare International, Midway, and the Inn of Chicago in downtown Chicago, useful for fly-in attendees routing through Chicago
