Fan Expo Dallas returns June 11 to 13, 2027 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, with published show hours of Friday 4 to 9 PM, plus a 2 PM Special Preview for VIP, Ultimate and 3-Day pass holders who buy in advance, Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM. Ticket prices for 2027 have not yet gone on sale, though the Special Preview policy confirms VIP, Ultimate and 3-Day pass tiers exist above standard admission. Guest categories are named as Celebrities, Animation Voices, Anime Guests, Gaming Stars, Comic Creators and Cosplayers, and Cosplay Central is one of six show Attractions. The organizer's own props policy bans metal swords and knives outright, requires orange safety tips on other firearm-style props, and requires bows to be de-strung with no ammunition. An Accessibility Services Desk issues Medical Stickers and a free one-day companion pass matching the access level of the fan being assisted, though autograph and photo-op line-skipping is reserved for VIP Pass holders
