It does not reach into the GSO terminal itself, riders arriving by air would need a taxi/rideshare for the airport-to-first-stop leg, or connect via the downtown Galyon Depot hub. Weekday service 5:15am-6:30pm; more limited weekend hours, which matters for delegates on evening flights

The convention's own venue, the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons / Koury Convention Center, runs a complimentary airport shuttle to/from Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO), per the hotel's own listing pages. Since the convention hotel IS the venue, delegates flying in can ride straight from baggage claim to their room without a separate booking step. Call the hotel directly to arrange pickup (front desk/bell services), as no fetchable online booking page was found for the shuttle itself
