On terrain, the LeConte Center states there are no steps or escalators because all rooms and public areas are on the ground level, main entrances have automatic door opening devices, and all restrooms have designated accessible ADA facilities.
Parking is free in two lots: the 1,600 space River Lot adjacent to the building, which has a tram service running through the lot to and from the LeConte Center, and the 2,100 space Mountain Lot, which is connected to the centre by a pedestrian bridge at Teaster Lane and Jake Thomas Road.
Neither the festival nor the venue publishes the number or location of accessible parking bays, so ask before travelling. This is effectively a shuttle assisted event and the shuttle is accessible: the National Quartet Convention links to Pigeon Forge Mass Transit, which states that all Pigeon Forge trolleys and trams are lift equipped for wheelchairs and other mobility aids and can be boarded at any designated stop, and that the tram to the LeConte Center from the Municipal Lot is free.
The closest trolley stop to the Mountain Lot is at the south end of the LeConte Center, reached by the pedestrian bridge. For anyone who cannot reach a stop, a paratransit van can be booked for next day pickup on 865-453-6444 at $1 per person each way, and one personal attendant rides free when accompanying a passenger with limited mobility; note that is the transit fare, not a festival companion ticket.
