The experience

What's special

Katsucon 2027 runs February 12 to 14 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, selling only full-weekend badges rather than single-day tickets. The open tier at capture, Last Chance Mailed, is $90 for adults; At-Door pricing from February 12 onward rises to $95 for adults and $85 for ages 8 to 17, while children 7 and under attend free with a paying adult. A proposed VIP program remains under evaluation and is not for sale. The Masquerade department runs three distinct cosplay events: a competitive Masquerade open by application, a non-competitive Fashion Show, and a Super Idol showcase. Metal and projectile prop weapons are banned without exception, and every other prop must be inspected and tagged. Artist Alley fills more than 175 tables in Prince George's Hall D and E. A Disability Support Services wristband provides priority elevator access, a chair held in line, and stage-proximity seating
