Lodi Yoga Fest in Lodi, CA is not currently confirmed to be running. Froligo tracks its status, history and similar festivals still happening.
What it stands for
The festival frames itself around movement, community and the transformative power of yoga, and pushes the idea that a festival can be a retreat: stay on site, eat well, and flow from morning practice to evening gathering without leaving the grounds. Food is treated as part of the practice under a stated food as medicine philosophy. The marketplace is curated for brands with what the organizer calls a shared commitment to conscious living, and a portion of proceeds goes to Hospice of San Joaquin and the Boys and Girls Club of Lodi. The teaching roster is drawn almost entirely from Lodi and San Joaquin County studios, so the weekend reads as a local wellness scene putting on its own festival rather than a touring lineup
The experience
What's special
A three day yoga festival held inside a wine country resort, which changes what the weekend feels like: classes run across an outdoor Garden Stage, an indoor ballroom, a cellar room and a small circle space, and between them you can swim, walk the gardens or eat at the resort. The 2026 programme ran 40 sessions and mixed the expected (power vinyasa, yin, kundalini, yoga nidra, sound baths) with things most yoga festivals do not carry: a Nordic-style guided social sauna running hot and cold rounds through both main days, one to one crystal healing and biofield tuning, an arm balance workshop and an inversion lab, a blindfolded movement class, and a Blue Zones inspired dinner served across four stations. It opens with a ceremony and a sunset sound bath, peaks with a Saturday that ends in an after hours dance party, and closes Sunday with a ceremony and live music
Last time around
The 2026 edition ran August 14 to 16 at Appellation Lodi, Wine & Roses, the year the festival expanded to a full three days at a new venue. It carried 40 published sessions across five spaces, 23 named teachers and practitioners drawn from local studios, a marketplace of more than 20 vendors, a separately ticketed dining programme including a Blue Zones dinner, and an Afterflow dance party on the Saturday night

The practice
all levels. The programme spans genuinely gentle work (yoga nidra, a visual meditation, philosophy talks, crystal healing and biofield sessions) and genuinely demanding work (power vinyasa, glute sculpt, an arm balance workshop and an inversion lab). Saturday is the heaviest day by design, described by the organizer as the heart of the festival, running from an early sauna round to an after hours dance party; Sunday is framed as integration and closes with a ceremony and live music. Sessions run in parallel across five spaces, so attendees pick their own load

Breathwork, chanting and repeated movements aimed at energy and focus more than a workout.
A set sequence practiced with breath, gaze and posture working together. Disciplined and physical.
Long, passive floor holds that reach deep tissue. Slow, quiet and meditative.
Guided lying-down meditation on the edge of sleep. No movement at all.
