By car
Most people drive to DelFest. The nearest major airport is PIT, and from there it is a straightforward drive to the venue. Check current road and traffic conditions before you set off, and see parking below.
By train
The Capitol Limited runs Washington, DC (Union Station) to Chicago and stops at Cumberland Station, about 3 miles from the fairgrounds the practical rail option for DCA/IAD-side arrivals (no direct rail link exists from PIT itself)
