Cost Stadium West: $10 day-of-event fee via HONK (valid PSU parking permits also accepted); East Deck: $2 for the first hour, $1/hour after, $16 daily maximum (valid permits accepted after 4pm Friday) East Deck is Penn State's own recommended choice for anyone needing overnight parking, since Stadium West prohibits overnight parking 2-4am. Prepay via HONK (pay-on-entry app/kiosk) at Stadium West; standard PSU parking-deck meters at East Deck. Movin' On parking is explicitly PROHIBITED at all lots north of Park Avenue near the IM Fields, per Penn State Transportation Services' own event notice. Multiple campus roads close for the event: Park Avenue (Bigler Rd to University Dr) from ~5:30pm, University Drive (Park Ave to Services Rd) from 5pm, and Services Road (Big Hollow Rd to University Dr) from 12:01am Thursday through 8am Saturday. Campus Shuttle service also ends early on event day (5pm via Beaver Ave, 5:30pm via College Ave) due to expected heavy traffic
